GP Energies International Limited is an Indigenous company with a vision to provide everyday energy needs and energy service solutions to all our customers. It was initially registered as an importer/ distributor of petroleum products viz; Petroleum motor spirit PMS, Automotive gas oil (AGO), Kerosene, DPK, and other lubricants. It was registered under the name Golden Plan Oil Limited in corporate affairs on the 16th day of November 2020. Our license allows us to do LNG, Solar, and other energy prospecting, refining, sale, and distribution.


The company has operated as GP Oil Limited dealing mainly with sourcing and supply of diesel to mostly corporate organisations in Nigeria on a wholesale basis until mid-2023. Our capacity is about twenty million liters of AGO monthly. Fired with a new vision, the management started a diversification of her business portfolio to become a customer-centric organization with a vision to provide value through everyday energy needs and diversified service solutions to customers both Corporate and private, on a wholesale and retail basis.


To enable her retail business portfolio, it acquired a gas station at Ikene along the Ijebuode—Shagamu road. It currently sells about three million liters monthly of diesel through those outlets to retail customers. Volume throughput is expected to grow to five million liters by the end of 2024.

That combined with our bulk sales will take our capacity to up to twenty million litres a month. We have plans to acquire and develop a 20–pump mega filling station that would retail all petroleum products – PMS, AGO, DPK, and lubricants. Nonetheless, her major portfolio for now remains bulk, wholesale supplies and retail sale of AGO to customers.
