DOMINIC EZEOKANA
MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
He has had an illustrious career with two big multinational companies in Nigeria spanning thirty-five years. He joined Unilever Nigeria PLC as a graduate trainee in 1988 and worked in the business's supply chain and finance functions. He held many roles from Factory Manager, Project Manager, Company Planning, and Supply Logistics Controller. In 2008, he was expatriated to Singapore on an international assignment and was subsequently promoted to Regional Supply Chain Director Savory Foods Unilever Asia, Africa, and Middle East region spanning 25 countries. He returned to Nigeria in August 2011. Having served 23 years in Unilever, he resigned to join PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC as Manufacturing Director. He became Logistics Director in June 2014 responsible for Nigeria and Ghana Businesses. His responsibility was expanded in 2017 to include manufacturing operations and was subsequently appointed Operations Director. He was promoted to Supply Chain Director, in Africa responsible for Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya Businesses in 2021. He retired from PZC Plc in June 2023. Dom holds an M. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science & Technology and an M.Sc. degree from the University of Liverpool in Supply Chain Management. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, a member of the Council of Registered Engineers (COREN), and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He is currently a doctoral student with University of Nigeria Business School. He brings with him a wealth of experience which an asset to our company. Dom is married with children. He joined GP Energies International Limited in August 2023 as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
NOSIKE AGOKESI

He is a seasoned corporate manager, boardroom expert, legal practitioner, banker, economist, corporate governance expert, chartered secretary, arbitrator, chartered accountant, certified anti-corruption compliance practitioner, and an International Finance Corporation (IFC) certified board and governance evaluator. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Law, a Master’s, and a Doctorate. Also, he has the professional qualifications of FCA, FCIS, FCIARB, FCIB, and ACTI. He served in senior management positions in several companies, including AG Leventis Nigeria Plc, Nigerian Breweries Plc First City Monument Bank Plc (which was then First City Merchant Bank Group), and John Holt Plc where he served in several positions, including the position of MD/CEO. He was also a Group Managing Director at MTI Plc and is currently the board's Deputy Chairman and a member of the Board of MTI Ghana Limited. Others include consulting (Penkz Consults) for the African Development Bank, Abidjan, and Cote D’Ivoire (2012 till date). Governance Consultant, Institute of Directors Centre for Corporate Governance (2015 to date). Governance Consultant, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (The Governance Institute from 2008 to date) trainer, Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a unit of the American Chamber of Commerce & Industry trainer/facilitator, Institute of Directors, Nigeria trainer/facilitator, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria, Consultant, Resort Savings & Loans Plc (Mortgage Bankers). Dr. Agokei has acted as Board Adviser to several companies including the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

With over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Vincent Chukwuma is a seasoned expert in driving operational excellence. His career spans retail services, petroleum operations, oil & gas, and management. Prior to joining GP Energies International Ltd in November 2022, Vincent spent eight years at Walmart Logistics Canada, where he honed his skills in logistics management. Vincent holds an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria, and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto. A passionate advocate for logistics excellence, Vincent is married with children.
OLUSOLA TIJANI

He has seventeen (17) years of experience spans the consulting and financial services industry. He brings his wealth of experience in business and financial analysis, credit and marketing, risk management, strategy, and business development to position GPC Energy and Logistics Limited as an industry leader. Before joining GPC Energy and Logistics Limited, he worked with Economic Intelligence Group Limited, NAL Bank Plc (now Sterling Bank), First Inland Bank Plc (now FCMB), and Fidelity Bank in different capacities. He has attended numerous courses on banking, transportation, and logistics management. An economist by training, he earned a master's degree in economics from the University of Ibadan. Sola graduated with second-class honors in economics (upper division) from the University of Ado-Ekiti.

She has 17 years of legal practice and sexperience; she thrives in corporate and business environments. She has professional experience in the Legal Services Industry, Maritime, Logistics and Supply Chain, Real Estate, Project Management, Training and Development, Contracts Negotiations, Policy Formulation and Compliance Monitoring, and Legal Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions.
